           Trade Unions

           You have a legal entitlement to be a member of a trade union of your choice, or indeed not to be a member of any trade union.      The
           Company does not recognize any trade union for collective bargaining purposes.


           Subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, the Company reserves the right to employ or not to employ individuals who have a
           current unspent conviction.  Should you be convicted of a criminal offence whilst you are an employee of the Company, the Company
           reserves the right to terminate your employment.

           Employment By The Client

           If, as a result of your assignment with an Client, that Client offers you employment, you should make the Company
           aware  of  the  offer.  In  compliance  with  the  Conduct  of  Employment  Agencies  and  Employment  Business  regulations  2003  and  the
           Employment Agencies Act 1973, we reserve the right to make a charge to the Client or extend the period of hire for your introduction.
