Delivering Eggstra Cheer this Easter

This April, EasyRecruitUK launched an Easter charity campaign that would help support UK children’s charity, Action For Children, in the lead up to the seasonal holiday.

The purpose of the campaign was to reach out and encourage clients, candidates and staff to donate an Easter egg to one of our offices in the Glasgow, Morecambe and Leeds area.

For every Easter egg that was donated to the campaign, we matched.

Throughout our campaign, we worked closely with Senior Fundraiser for Action For Children, Catherine Fong, who ensured that all the eggs we collected over the last few weeks were delivered to all the children on time for Easter.

“I would like to say a huge thank you to EasyRecruitUK and their generous clients for their kind donation of chocolate eggs. This is a delicious treat for the vulnerable children and young people we support across the country.”

Our Easter charity campaign has truly been a cracking success! With a total of 577 Easter eggs being donated to our offices in aid of Action For Children. This has exceeded our target of 483 Easter eggs.

We are absolutely delighted that we have managed to collect so many eggs for such a great charity, and support them by adding a little excitement and treating these wonderful children.

Derek Ferrol, Managing Director of EasyRecruitUK, added: “At EasyRecruitUK, people are the heartbeat of our business and as such we a have a hardworking, dedicated team who regularly work way beyond their call of duty. The Easter Egg campaign is just one of many charitable sponsorship programmes that our team engage with all year round.

Action For Children work hard to provide a great sense of purpose and opportunity for young children. They make sure that at Easter, Christmas and all year round young people are included, engaged and not alone. It was a great to see the volunteers come in to our office to take away eggs and give to these children that otherwise get nothing.”
